1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed on us.arcana-vox.com. The seller is VOX ARCANA LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Suite A, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States ("we", "us"). 2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these conditions and that you are ordering for your personal use.

3. What our services are

We offer written card readings, live guidance and relaxation sessions by video call, and downloadable guides and audio. They are offered for personal reflection, wellbeing and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we make no promise about any outcome in your life. Please read our disclaimer before ordering. Each offer's page describes what you receive, its format and its delivery time; that description forms part of your contract.

4. Prices

Prices are shown on each offer page. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Any sales tax that applies is shown before you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Ordering and payment

Our online payment step is not open yet. While it is being set up, you can book any offer by emailing [email protected]. We will reply with the next steps. We never ask for card details by email.

When online payment is available, payment will be taken in full when you order, through a third-party payment provider. Your card details are handled by that provider and are never seen or stored by us. Your contract with us is formed when we confirm your order by email.

6. Delivery

If we cannot deliver within the stated time, we will tell you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

7. Rescheduling and missed sessions

You can move a booked live session to another date by email, free of charge, at any time before it starts. If you miss a session without letting us know, we will offer you one new appointment.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Every service and digital product comes with a 30-day refund window: you can ask for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. The details are in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Please share only information that is yours to share, and be respectful towards our practitioners; we may end a session if a participant is abusive, and in that case we refund the session.

10. Digital content

Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them.

11. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, write to [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days and try to resolve every complaint directly. Contacting us first is always faster than opening a payment dispute.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you place your order applies to that order.
