Privacy policy
In short: this website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts or fonts. We only process the information you send us to answer you and deliver what you order, and we never sell it.
1. Who is responsible for your information
VOX ARCANA LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Suite A, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
2. What we collect
- When you write to us or book: your name, email address, the content of your messages and, for readings and sessions, the question or theme you choose to share.
- When you order: the offer, price, date and the billing details we need for our accounting records.
- Payments: when online payment is available, it will be handled by a third-party payment provider. We receive a confirmation of payment, never your full card number.
- When you visit this website: we collect nothing ourselves. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own website, so your browser makes no requests to third parties when you visit. Because we store nothing on your device, there is no cookie banner.
4. Why we use your information
- To answer your questions and arrange bookings.
- To deliver the services and digital products you order.
- To keep the accounting and tax records required by law.
- To keep our website and email working and protected from abuse.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
5. Personal things you share with us
What you tell us for a reading or session can be personal. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. We use it only to deliver your service, we never use it for marketing, and only the practitioner handling your order sees it.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and email routing;
- our email mailbox provider;
- our video-call provider (Zoom or Google Meet) for live sessions;
- our payment provider, once online payment is available;
- our accountants, and public authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
8. How long we keep it
- Messages, questions and session notes: 12 months after your service is delivered, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Order and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally up to 7 years.
9. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on the state where you live, you may have further rights under state privacy laws; we honour these requests for every customer, wherever they live, and we will not treat you differently for making one. Email [email protected]; we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
10. Age
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
